The ABSOLUT LOFTS is the new most exciting real estate project under development in South Beach and particularly in South Pointe, the new trendy area of Miami Beach located South of Fifth Street. The Garden Lofts range in size from 1,150 to 1,450 square feet, plus from 400 to 800 square feet of open spaces (balconies, patios, gardens).
Penthouse Lofts: located on the third and fourth floor of the building, feature spectacular private roof-terraces on the top floor, in addition to the spacious balconies. The lofts can be accessed from the third level through stairs or elevators, either by the main entrance or the parking area. The Penthouse Lofts range in size from 1,160 to 1,458 square feet, plus form 600 to 1,000 square feet of open spaces (balconies and roof terraces).
