From the New York City/Long Island Area (points South/East of Swan Lake)
Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) North. Get off at Exit 16 onto NY Route 17 Westbound. Continue Northwest on NY 17 ("Quickway") approx. 50 minutes to Exit 102 (Harris/Bushville). At the end of the offramp, bear right onto Old Route 17. Make immediate right at the blinker onto Harris-Bushville Road (County Rd. #75). Take CR 75 until the end, then make a right onto Lt. Brender Highway (County Rd. #73). Take CR 73 until the crossroads, and then make a left onto Swan Lake/W. Mongaup Rd. (County Rd. #74). Take CR 74 into Swan Lake (note signs), bearing left and then right at the bottom of the hill, following the paved road. In the village of Swan Lake, make a right onto Post Rd. immediately after the Post Office on the right hand side. A small sign can be seen indicating Presidential Estates next to the Security Booth.
